DKL Consulting Engagements
DKL will work with you to develop the plan for growth, identifying key areas for training and development. Our bespoke engagements will empower you or the team with the skills and strategies to win new clients and develop existing relationships.
The engagement usually runs over three months and includes:
Planning: Over two initial consultations focused on identification of target markets, key strategies and frameworks and process to track and measure results
Launch: One hour consultation per week for four weeks to implement plan
Management: One hour consultation per fortnight over eight weeks to instill confidence and refine growth targets.
